No. Jack defeated an army of Sulong. He at least took down the Sulong Musketeers/Guardians like shishilian who were much stronger than Wanda and Carrot which Perospero admitted he would've lost if not for the weather change.

Neko has lost a limb since the Jack fight and is still heavily injured. He's currently barely Vet level at best.
