I’m at the stage now of really needing the fights to start finishing before arc fatigue sets in.

Set up phase has went on a long, long time, every major fight except for Luffy and Zoro (who will be out for a while anyway) is set up, time for the fights to start finishing.

Yamato’s flashback is an acceptable alternative as a break from the endless moving about of characters.

Nami and Usopp as well still don't have any matchup. We also don't know if Chopper will fight anyone in the Arc.
Not only that we have some scabbards running around as well...
But you are right it is pretty taxing already with it's pace but we should expect everything to fall on its place in the next couple of chapters (hopefully).

A few panels for each Flying Six fight and we'll finally get to see their Hybrid Forms.

A short back and forth smack talk between Kaido and Yamato and a small flashback. At the end we're getting Yamato's devil fruit reveal before going into a break.
