The problem is her whole ability and existence. She shouldn’t be in the war in first place. Her devil fruit is like destiny gave it to her. The plot with Ace was nice but that’s it.
couldn’t say it better :goyea:

Tama existence alone is enough to ruin it for me
yeah i agree bout tama but the chapter isn’t focused on her so we good

With the Gomu Gomu no Mi suddenly become an important fruit it's too late
It could be important for a specific thing that the government wants. Maybe its quality of being resistant to lightning is needed. This is something which we knew since Skyipea and if this is the direction Oda will take, I'm all for it.

Rox is the Sun God.

He has a connection with the slaves via Gods Valley.

It was never stated that Rox was killed/died during Gods Valley.

He was probably captured and made a slave of the Celestial Dragons.

Quote me on this.

Whos who heard along time ago that slaves believe that one day the legendary warrior SUN GOD will save them and Whos who believed it

The one (GUARD) who told the story to whos who was removed after he told the story

Whos who used attack and the name of the attack releated to the story

Whos who believed in that story about SUN GOD because his life in prison was torment

Shanks is wild, whos who said shanks stole the DF from his hand
Good. He lost his hand so fuck em
Chapter 1019 is gonna shock the community in a good way. You heard it here first.
Sounds like you're the sun god

Another reason why I'm not exactly convinced these are the fights truly starting is the fact that Oda generally does "placement" scenes where he shows virtually every matchup and their status before the villains are taken down.

We haven't truly gotten those, not to mention the myriad of unknown in terms of placements that exist to begin with. For example, there is good reason to doubt King and Jack are fighting their final matchups. Zoro and Chopper are entirely unmatched right now and seem to be in their recovering phase. Ulti and Page 1 may or may not be out but we can't be fully sure. Conversely, Nami and Usopp may not be done fighting. More loosely is Jinbe and Brook potentially not being where they are supposed to be, but that is more bias at this point.

Then factoring all the Numbers and other, smaller fights, I would more expect Oda to save most of the strawhat fights before something like Raizo vs Fukurokuju is shown later. A lot of times when Oda orders fights, they are done with a story related purpose (i.e. Frankys fight happening before Chopper so that Franky could encounter and deal with Chopper after, or Nami having her fight with Khalifa later so Sanji would lose to her).

Idk, something seems off to me about Jinbe's fight ending soon, but I guess we have to wait and see.

Actually, this is obvious. For most fights, X vs Y fights are the fight before the end.

Sanji vs Jabra.
Heat Up.
Zoro vs Kaku.
Asura.
Zoro vs Pica.
Tactics 5
Pirate Chopper vs Enigma Hogback
Come on Out, Straw Hats

and so on. There are exceptions like Luffy vs Sanji, Pirate Luffy vs Yonko Kaido, and Pirate Luffy vs General Katakuri though. But I'm sure you can see the common thread in these exceptions.
Not for @Zowo it isn't lol

Though if you read the above, I'm not entirely convinced Jinbe is finishing off WsW next chapter. There's a lot of setup missing overall. Usually Oda starts taking out villains when everyone is set up.

Zoro is still not recovered. Chopper too. Ulti and Page 1 may or may not still recover. King and Jack are not guaranteed to stay fighting who they are fighting.

It's just interesting
