let us be honest here WsW is not weak it is just Jinbe is far stronger, drawing some blood from Jinbe is nothing the red scabbards was able to do the same to Kaido. we can be comfortable to say that Jinbe can defeat Jack without much of difficulty as well , he is not as fast as WsW and has a huge body a perfect target for Jinbe's attacks.
Inu and neko are not as strong as Jinbe and they can go toe to toe with Jack for days

His fishman karate should be able to damage Kaido from the inside body water...

The weakest freaking scabbard did more damage on Kaido than Kidd

No where in the panels did Shigan Madara break through Jinbei's COA.
