He has access to no gears so no super speed in comparison to his gear 2 or gear 4. And he has zero destructive feats that place him on mountain level without gear 4. So if he loses his fruit now he has no feats that would place him in the same ball park.

Plus it's already confirmed that his insane mobility and endurance and defenses comes from his fruit.

All the feats of Zoro are due to his swordmanship. Zoro has no feats to show without his swords. Zoro's laijutsu based attacks will br useless without him using swords.

Luffy's rubber fruit does nothing to fight against heat. During Enel vs Luffy, it was shown Heat is one of the things that can actually hurt Luffy. Luffy tanked Boro breath and He just happen to be in his gear 4th form at that time. when Kaido asks are you immune to heat, Luffy says it is all his guts.
