I remember seeing an explanation of Toki's prophecy somewhere on the internet and imo it makes a lot of sense.

Basically, Toki was talking to Oden when she was saying it. The Moon is Oden (The name Kozuki contains the kanji for "light" (光) and "moon" (月).
May your purpose be fulfilled and cast nine shadows on the night woven of 20 years = Oden's purpose was to sacrifice himself to let the Scabbards escape 20 years into the future. Scabbards are the nine shadows
And you shall know the brilliance of the Dawn: this part is obviously about the Dawn of the World which Luffy is supposed to bring. Scabbards, the 9 shadows, allied with Luffy to strike down Kaido. Opening the borders of Wano is somehow tied to the Dawn of the World

And how much that is a big deal was shown of Kinemon cutting Kaidou´s breath, and Kinemon is miles below Kaidou.
yeah like he needs to go all out to kill an 8 year old kid with a kick.
interaction - 1: sanji stops a kick. no armament haki, nothing just a casual kick from king aimed at momo to kill the kid.
interaction - 2: you clearly see a visible sanji block a kick with armament streaks jetissoning out. sanji and king both used armament haki in this clash.
neither of them went all out in this clash. still king overpowered sanji with the way he was sent crashing.

and luffy saw the raidsuit in action in WCI. he obviously knows how tough they are and what katakuri, another YC1 did to the germa siblings.
