What senzu beans lol? the only thing the medicine did was enable Zoro to fight with his wounds, it didnt heal him. Just like Iva's hormones didnt heal Luffy in marineford.

King has shown no notable speed feats. Katakuri's speed outclasses King's by feats. Plus having FS and shape shifting. King on the other hand has other things to compensate for. Though overall, not seeing King beating Katakuri.

Well, Base King kept up with Marco's hybrid who in turn kept up with Kizaru. All of Katakuri's speed feats are augmented by his FS. Katakuri doesn't have separate speed feats for us to talk about them separately. You can still beat Katakuri even if you can't counter FS. Katakuri isn't putting down someone who can fight on par with Marco's strongest form in base. King outlasts FS.
