Not entirely true. In order for her fruit to be broken, you have to be afraid of her. She can't steal life from them and she has to fight the way they do, with her powers.

Also Brulee isn't with the crew it seems. She was left behind along with Oven, Cracker and Kata, at least based on the fact that she was never spotted in Wano
