To me it looks like the slashes fly all over the place, Zoro tries to stop one in that panel but get's overpowered and is sent flying, with the following panel showing King after he stops launching the slashes all over the place.
He won't be healed. He just recovers his stamina. For proof, reread impel down and post Marineford. His injuries still remain. He gets treated post of his fights though like Lucci, Crocodile, Doflamingo, Katakuri. Even against Moria, he has to be treated by Chopper even after Zoro took away his pain. So.
Hou Yi (Chinese: 后羿; pinyin: Hòu Yì; Wade–Giles: Hou I) is a mythological Chinese archer. He was also known as Shen Yi and simply as Yi (羿). He is also typically given the title of "Lord Archer". He is sometimes portrayed as a god of archery descended from heaven to aid mankind. Other times, he is portrayed as either simply half-divine or fully mortal. His wife, Chang'e (嫦娥 Cháng'é), is a lunar deity.[1]
King will play a huge role and getting his own biig boss tension feeling, he is not just a another member to need to get defeated fast, he will have his own build up in this raid, I doubt he going down in the next 5-10chapters.
His attacks start always with emperor/imperial who could link that he was the King/Prince of his clan!!(Thx to Eten information).
You are right. There is no reason for a "Gaah!" with the same text style of Zoro grunting in the previous panel to be there if King didn't push him back with his wing.
Chang'e (嫦娥) is best known for stealing an elixir of immortality from her husband, the legendary archer Hou Yi (后羿), and escaping to become the goddess of the moon.
