it make senses if you realize mink medicine doesn't heal 100% zoro but more or less 70-80%.

Kizaru is light speed and Snakeman is almost that.

But only thing i want to know is Kizaru is consistently in Light speed or is a named move.

perhaps its never been out of the question for commander level characters to block some top tier attacks ?
