This usually happens when it's a Sanji hype chapter.
Sanji fan going crazy and Zorobois trying hard to counter.
It happens almost the same when it's a Zoro hype chapter but usually there is less of Sanji fan's counterattack because here the Zorobois are the vast majority, so it's more of a slander.

Fanboys are now saying it Sanji has a stronger body and greater healing powers than Kaido. They are overrating Sanji's power.

It's nice Sanji has gained more power and become stronger but it's not like Queen is using attacks that against that would take cause significant damage to Kaido.
