I think Oda going to use Sanji escaping, so Drake and Apoo can fight Queen.
I can see where both showing their strongest attacks but get bodied hard by Queen.
Queen is not dumb, he must have something in trumpcard because that he want Sanji to weaar the RS.
He want to fight Sanji at his 100%.

Drake and Apoo vs Queen is interesting too but there's also the possibility that Queen grossly overestimates himself and doesn't expect Sanji to whoop his ass with the RS.
