Ehh, I don’t necessarily feel that way…but I think her fight against Law and Kid has been significantly more compelling than the sixth or seventh installment of Luffy and Kaido slapping each other around.

In a narrative sense, yeah, pretty much everything else happening in the raid is more interesting than its central conflict. The end result of Luffy and Kaido was set in stone before the arc even began, and the way in which we’re reaching the inevitable has been disjointed and largely unseen, so all the other dangling plot threads going off in unexpected directions is cooler to me than the former.

except for ulti because she is popular, the entire group is so irrelevant we forgot about their existence as soon as they were defeated. they were so superfluous afterthought they could not be remembered even until the end of the subarc they were introduced. it shows how much of this raid is not planned and just put in the last minute.

the 3 samurais were inside a cave in onigashima, and these new 3 numbers are inside a cave in onigashima aswell. whether the word "Iwato" is a special noun or just literally meaning "cave" its still all the same since Oda went out of his way to write out the location in a panel box.

Let's swap out "cave" for "room". The numbers were in a room, the samurai were in a room. Clearly, they are the same people. /s

The Tobi Roppo were introduced in Chapter 929 as a concept. Headliners first appeared in Zou.
