He surpasses him in every single stat besides CoO
AP King by far
Physical strength King by far
Durability King is in a whole different universe
Endurance King defeated Marco and is still fighting Marco and no sign of fatigue. Lost all that blood from Oni Giri and didn't even flinch and basically gave zero reaction to Marco's attacks
Speed At best Katas attack speed is equal to King's but King's mobility shits on Katas

Because Zoro simply will have an incredibly hard time connecting slashes against Katakuri. He'll be countered and eating shots a hundred times before Zoro hits him back. Zoro can take a shot for sure but his stamina isn't looking great either while Katakuri could fight for 10H while heavily using his DF plus FS.

Well Beckman, Rou and Yasopp were mentioned to have really high bounties by Brannew in chapter 957 when the bounties of Yonkos were revealed. They were the only Yonko Commanders mentioned there. No other Yonko commander were mentioned in that chapter.

That should seal the deal honestly.
