Maybe but at the same time not really, the hate for her is so great, that it's possible they don't even want to refer to her as a monster as that would hype her up.

Regardless it doesn't really matter, if you are looking at this through power level agenda, then it proves that Big Mom was a mid fighter and nowhere close to the same power level as Kaido.

For the (traditional) giants, monstrous strength would be too much of a compliment for someone they hate
