He didn't even get negged in the 5v2 he sacrificed himself to save the others, obviously Hakai is going to overpower everyone and then after the fact still got up used asura and scarred Kaido

Zoro now with AdvCoC vs Kaido definitely not a low Diff, probably a high diff as Asura would be unleased at this state on top of how much endurance and durability Zoro has to keep taking hit after hit

enma was severely nerfing zoro since the beginning of the raid, but once zoro stopped being nerfed he one shotted/low diffed the strongest YC1 so far.

His durability in that state is even higher than kaido's

So no it wasn't needed but plot progression demanded it just like sanji getting a speed buff was overkill

Sanji case is different.

He got low diff and the awakening let him finally fight Queen properly.
Sanji speed buff was not Overkill he literally collapsed this chapter so it was just what he needed to overcome the enemy.

Zoro case is different he supposedly already gave enough damage to hurt King according to a lot people here but Oda decided to push that damage even further.
Why ? Cuz the previous was not enough.

This are all specualation that why I am saying that we will never agree :cheers:. The only definitive proof is a ZorovsKatakuri in the manga so that all debate are close.
King to me is super super fast, his hybrid form that use a propulsion system make him to me as fast as katakuri but hey, that my opinion.
His defense are not debatable though because we have exactly 1 o 1 situation with the same guy with 2 different result and King is reinforcing that aspect with his speech. King defense are superior to the dragon scales that were hype in all Wano to be extremely strong to the point you need internal destruction damage to really cause arm to Kaido.
So any kind of power in whole cake island didnt use internal destruction thing, nor adv coc which was the key for Zoro to win this fight.
If katakuri has 1 of this 2, maybe I can accept Katakuri winning vs King but right now no way sir

We don't know if he passed out or no, given the leaker's usual habit I'm pretty sure sanji is just laying down on the floor

The speed buff was definitely overkill, sanji was already was faster than queen, now oda gave him a speed above Marco's, it was overkill no matter how you look at it

And oda pushed it for two simple reasons

Hype up oda/enma and zoro at the same time by having zoro tame it

And give zoro a power up for upcoming fights

But it was absolutely not necessary for the king fight
