Strongest Swordsman doesnt mean strongest everything either and Mihawk isnt even weaker than ''so many people'' hes equal if not stronger than shanks. He could prob fight any yonko and push them to high diff except blackbeard.
Id put Mihawk right under every yonko except maybe shanks. Akainu is stronger than him too. Ryuma is a tier higher than Mihawk.

But isn't Luffys special ability being ability to attract strong allies means the strongest guy following him should be as strong as him at least if not stronger?
Anyone would follow a stronger captain. Even King was following Kaido because of his strength, so Luffys ability to attract strong allies is only as impressive as Kaidos?

Well I have Mihawk as strongest in the world right now and shanks right under him because swordsmen get more and more hype each day. Zoro basically low diffed strongest commander with his new found power. That's a Yonko level feat since Big Mom clearly ran away from Marco send failed to low diff him.
Once Zoro masters Enma he's basically yonko level..Even then he has ways to go before reaching Mihawk level
Am I rating King too high as well?

Post TS Luffy has shown way more than zoro and Luffy still a special captain.

But like Luffys strongest ability was meant to be able to attract strong allies. How can that work if his strongest guy isn't even barely pirate king level.

I disagree. There's no definitive reason to put Yonkos above Ryuma; he's an ancient legend known as the "God" of swordsmen. It's pure speculation anyway, you can't prove either way.
Also, there's more reason to put Mihawk at or above Shanks' level than there is the reverse. VC says he's waiting for someone to surpass Shanks to challenge him. Shanks is a swordsman and Mihawk is WSS.
