You cant compare the likes of Drake to Kid and Law.
Kid and Law were portrayed as the three Captains alongside Luffy in the alliance side and the future great pirates.
Those three had always great portrayal since preTS.

Oda made it clear that taking 2 years out away from each other allowed Luffy and his crew (which were already above the other SNs) to extend their lead.
Drake fought some CP0 agent, Law and Kidd are fighting a Yonko, they are different tiers in terms of opponents to lose to in the first place.
The comparison was that they are not strawhats, not that Drake is on their level, he obviously isn't...

They finally had named vs chapter that means 1 or 2 chapter to close this fight, this fight outcome honestly is unpredictable its either they beat big mom or stalling her, eitherway big mom definitely got L by the end of this arc
