If she was using acoc WHICH SHE HAS this would be over already

Matching and defeating are two different things. With adCoC Luffy can match Admirals too but defeating is different ball game. I don't think Bigmom has been defeated yet. She defeated Kid and Law without using adCoC or off panel using (as it was implied once she was leaking CoC). Maybe we will see onscreen CoC usage. Bottomline is that adCoC is a powerful tool but not omnipotent. You will further realise this in future fights.

- Maker her have a "mothering mode" where she helps her enemy in the middle of an invasion
- Maker her get defeated by Law and Kid without them even using Haki, just pure Devil Fruit powers

Good hype for Law and Kid but looks like the fight is going to continue in the next chapter(s)

If she fight continue, Law at least is out since he used all his power.
But also Kid used his trumpcard, I doubt that the fight continue.
They legit used their strongest moves, if BM stand up again, this would only mean>Lose for Kid and Law...
