We have to remember that Drake oen shotted one number too. Franky too. One shotting a number is a good power feat but it's not insane either. Lots of characters in Wano did it already and lot of other can do it.

First yeah Izo plan to take one CP0, but to be fair it was overall 2vs1 and a hella nerfed Izo, he didn´t had any other choice.

If Izo wanted to protect himself he wouldn't have attacked that well. Apoo didn't want to sacrifice himself at all.

But yeah Izo is mad strong. Clearly high Vet / YC4 : Vergo/WsW level at the very least. I think only Ashura/Dukes/Denjiro are above him in the scabbards.

Even then hella nerfed Izo beat one and injuried the another one sitting down, that is actually a insane feat.

We don't really know what happened. The CP0 barely has any injury. We can say that the CP0 won the 2 vs 1. Izo and the big one KO each other and the other is more or less clean. Maybe Izo pushed back the boss with a suprising move and then double KO.

Izo knew she had no chance 2 vs 1, she just wanted to stop one.

Izo did it in his very poor state better then Apoo+Drake+Two numbers together.

Apoo is a coward he could have fought Maha but just ran away.

I don't think if Apoo went all out in one attack without taking care of himself he couldn't have done the same as Izo.

Based on portrayal I have no doubt that Izo would beat Drake or Apoo or even both at the sametime seeing how Oda portrayal him in the recent chapter.

Izo can't beat both at the same time at all.

Even 1 vs 1 its debatable, they all 3 seem to be around same level. 2 vs 1 they beat Izo, no doubt about that. If she goes suicidal like current fight she can maybe take one with her and that's it.

Izo knew she was hurt, and couldn't sustain a "normal" fight / back and forth against the CP0 guys. So he went full power mode 0 defense.
It's not classic powerscaling here.

Imagine a Vet of Whitebeard doing this, how strong are Marco,Vista and Jozu?

Oh yeah the WBP are clearly above BMP and Beast Pirate.

Big Mom was a nice kid that just didn’t understand the power of her own strength. Her faults come from Carmel using that strength for her own benefit. Had she scolded Linlin for her actions instead of telling her “you can do no wrong” she might have turned out entirely different.

She wasn't, she was entitled to the point of forcing two beasts into a cage because she didn't want them to fight and then physically abusing the bear because it didn't behave the way she wanted. Of course she had some innocence as a child, but also bad seeds.

This is Big Mom over and over: some twisted morals she's forcing into others through strength. The Linlin who forced animals to get along then punished them because they didn't obey her is the kid version of turning people into giants in order to achieve an "egalitarian" utopia, or putting Page One down because he doesn't share her ethic even though she's a dictator.

It isn't just about Carmel and Streusen spoiling her (which yes, had some influence, not denying it); in my opinion it's obvious what Oda intended to do with the bear and wolf scene, which, as I said, is just the kid version of pretty much the essence of what Big Mom would do later: impose her morals and subdue through strength.

That panel of Luffy as he’s going Snakeman is one of the most badass panels in the series, holy shit. Certainly one of my favorite ones of Luffy. He looks awesome. Love it.

Nami’s interaction with Zeus was great, Izo looked awesome, and the remaining CP0 agent is about to get beaten by Drake. Smart for the WG to target Luffy. If he loses to Kaido, nothing changes too much. If he beats Kaido, he changes the balance of the world entirely and there’s chaos. Their best chance would to kill him during or after his fight with Kaido when he’s most vulnerable, because after there won’t be anyone that can stop him from blitzing the New World other than the remaining Yonko.

Don’t know why Yamato is stuck on Momo, he’s not the one, and it’s obviously Luffy…but Momo’s consternation is a bit disappointing given he’s watching the reason why he *should* as everyone fighting and dying for that cause. Also, props to Komurasaki. Cool to see her get hers after waiting so long.

Anyway, amazing chapter because of the stuff with Luffy and Kaido. Loved it.
