My problem is not Luffy being goofy, my problem is Luffy turning his enemy into a joke.

Luffy has always been goofy and did weird shit in the fights, but he didn't make the enemies that are serious into a bumbling mess. The contrast between Luffy and the enemies is what made it really funny.

but now Kaido looks absolutely stupid this chapter.

Luffy has always started every power up with a named attack. His one named attack or whatever the fuck that was turned him into a giant and he didn't even attack Kaido with it. He phased through Kaido's head to do what exactly???
