I think this is the 4th definitive point that outright shuts down any rational chance of Yamao joining. The bitch kidnapped Luffy, spilled her sob story about how Kaido beat her retarded ass for years on end, then said she was joining his crew...
Yet here that same Luffy is, in the process of whopping Kaido, HER DAD, and thinking back to the key figures in his journey that have shaped his will to defeat him. The main people he's fighting for. The one's he's bearing all this burden to save.
