From dialogue, it sounds like he's manipulating Kaido's body when he touches him. So he punched h8m so hard he "stretched" Kaido's face so far backwards thst you only see his hand before Kaido's face catches up to him.

After checking the picture for the 5th time it looks like Luffy punches a hole in Kaidos head, but in the next panel Kaido is on the ground and his head has no hole. So you’re correct I guess

Yes, because Zoro role is over for the arc atleast from fighting PoV. It is not as if he got mink side affects in the middle of King fight...he has done his job...on the other hand, Luffy is yet to finish his job...so again it is same logic....

Luffy "dying calls " is irrelevant cuz no repercussions for the current time will appear.
Any repercussions at EoS is meh cuz just the story ending.

Same for Zoro...I am damn sure you know Zoro won't die either...like I said, there are no consequences since he finished his fight and he will be fine when he fights Mihawk...

you arent seeing the bigger picture
malleability to turn into any form
unlimited g4 esque forms without consistent haki to hold it up ( potentially time limit issues gone)
malleability allows him to evade a lot of what kaido throws at him better
and potentially as a mythical zoan seems like he is recovering a lot better too.
