I said this before. It makes no sense for Big Mom not to have had awakening. She's had her DF for >60 years and her subordinate has it. Since she could rip her own soul out as a kid and inject into people, her taking the souls of others seems like the perfect Paramecia awakening i.e. Soul Pocus.

As for Kaido that transformation of his seems to be it, but he could show more stuff.

This chapter showed why Jinbe was still not at his max vs. Who's Who. He has a whole other set of moves with water.

Who’s Who was given mad hype because Oda wanted to present him as bordering on Calamity level and this is what everyone expected until he was eviscerated by Jimbei. The only possible way Who’s Who can be at this level is with superior fighting skills to both Queen with Germa abilities and King’s got flame-mode on top of good swordsmanship .

This is why Oda borrowed the credibility of Rob Lucci to build Who’s Who’s strength portrayal, as he is presented as a fighting genius. Rob Lucci is a long-standing favourite of Oda with the most epic drawn fight in the manga, I don’t think people realise what it means to have “Rob Lucci” level portrayal.

Maybe zoan awakenings (not super special like luffy) makes the user go out of control. So that could be why kaido hasn't used it.

This is not at all awakening...if it is then why hide it as awakening...I mean it's a soul power...it has to work on souls...take giolla or whatever her name was...her powers work on others too and she makes them into paintings...or take khalifa who can modify both her enemy and herself...that is pretty much basic power.
