This is not Dragon Ball mate, Luffy can't be much more strong than a Yonko, he will be +- Yonko level.

One Piece will not end after Wano, did you know it? We still have a lot of things to come.

Luffy would probably name it next chapter. He is still creating the attack. . . Who knows if even this one gets imbued with flames as a tribute to Ace/Yamato???

That Kidd panel was curious. Maybe Kidd magnetizes the big sword and Luffy’s punch sends Kaido down to be impaled on the sword? Luffy does The hard work and Kidd gets the glory? Kidd kills Kaido? Kidd’s DF makes Kaido’s haki irrelevant?

Oda's comments were made with respect to 2016 Luffy. He said 2016 Luffy is not ready yet to face Kaido, because his audience wouldn't be satisfied if the reason for beating Kaido is just because Luffy's punch is so strong.

"punch so strong" referred to DR Luffy's punch. Now he has adv Hakis, awakening, etc...

Just from reading the forum the last two weeks, i can tell people are gonna so pissed at how Kaido goes down.

No matter what.

Some want Awakening.

Some want Straw Hats vs Kaido.

Some want ZKK.

Some want Luffy to use some kind of magical power that isn't a physical attack + haki like he has been doing for 1000 chapters, just because Oda said that shit on a interview.

Some want the WG / Marines / SSG to come and Kill Kaido, or maybe Big Mom kill Kaido.

Guess what? we might just be getting the basic Luffy punches the villain. You know... like he has done for the past 1000 chapters.

Why is Oda making the Yonko this unstoppable force, weren’t they just supposed to be the new world equivalent of the Shichibukai narratively? Why did Oda make Kaido so strong and why is the narrative leading towards Luffy losing?
