Doggo

Welcome to the House of Hope
Neko announces Luffy as the winner.

People on copium: "It doesn't mean anything."

The Narrator also announces Luffy as the winner.

People on copium: "It still doesn't mean anything."

:lawsigh::kaidowhat:
Yep.
Imagine Oda creating a "cathartic" scene updating the victor, everyone declaring the winner, the beast pirates giving up, momo, scabbards and hyori appearing before the flower capital people, all of this JUST for Oda to play "GOTCHA!" and make Kaido come back.

And then defend it due to some BS agenda that is entirely dependent on ANOTHER asspull for bringing Zoro back to a fighting condition >>>A-G-A-I-N<<<.

This is collective mental outbreak. No other explanation.

I didn’t really expect him to go after Orochi if he got up, but that’s mostly because I’m extremely biased and wanted Hiyori to kill Orochi :josad:

I loved him in 1033 but I wish there was more of it this arc
he going to Ushimaru & Ryuma grave will be good for his character development.
since Kawamatsu & Onimaru is the only character who spent amount of time in Ringo so they will guide Zoro to Ryuma & Ushimaru grave.

It's a nice chapter to look at, but the victory feels kind of hollow.
No dawn breaking.
No redemption of the samurai.
No cutting off of Kaido's head.
Orochi's defeat feels especially anti-climactic.
I feel like I should be happy that Wano is finally wrapping up, but I wonder what the point of a lot of it was.
