Usopp, Bepo and Brook for sure. BMP in the end got screwed bad, especially the big lieutenants (Compote, Daifuku, Snack, Smoothie). I'd argue Carrot, but at least she got a cool moment with Pero's. That's more than Usopp lol

Kid and Killer at least got stuff, as did Law. The rest of Luffy's crew had good moments. All of the scabbards, save for Kawamatsu really, had big/important moments as well.
