Buster Call can also include several admirals. I don't think they're sending just one admiral with a few vice admirals, I doubt Akainu is that stupid.

Well, let's wait how Oda draws his flower powers in the first place. I wouldn't be surprised if Greenbull's DF mastery is so versatile, he turned this DF into a monstrous power. Similar to Katakuri's mochi abilities.
