He's getting something above the 1.39B from King. The only Luffy bounty close to that is the 1.5B one. Therefore, it's the one used a benchmark.

lts just a matter of Numbers.. lf Big Mom was 4.6 Billion and Kaido 4.611 Billion, oh my god they 11 Million apart!.. 4.388 and 4.611 is more visually pleasing..

is that other characters don't have this role of "fighter" and get to fight people stronger or close to who Zoro fights and they also get to do other shit

what's the point of Zoro being the "fighter", if Sanji gets to fight and be really close in power with Zoro, while also beeing a cook and getting a arc focused on him?

Kid and Law are not just "fighters", they are captains, a doctor, devil fruit users, a bunch of shit

and then they get to fight people stronger than Zoro and get higher bounty

This isn't a real problem. Oda doesn't treat Kid, Law, or Sanji as if they are more important than Zoro. Yes, Kid beat a yonko. Kid was also sidelined the entirety of the post skip. Kid's main goal in wano was defeating kaido, and he barely did shit against kaido while Zoro scarred him.
At the end, Zoro was the one who got ACoC while all Kid got was a shitty awakening. So why are you complaining just because Kid gets to fight big mom and have a higher bounty?

Zoro doesn't need to be more famous than Kid, nor does he need to defeat yonkos, because that's literally not the point of his character. Zoro is Luffy's partner, he helps Luffy achieve his goals. Zoro could be more famous if he left Luffy and became a captain on his own, but he doesn't, because he's loves Luffy.
