Dragon Damnation does at least Oden level damage to kaido if not more.

When Zoro masters Enma and can use CoC infused Ashura on all 9 swords he would he strong enough to kill him.

But that much fire power is surely not needed for big mom.
He can take her out with dragon Damnation
