Then I guess Kidd's is either 3,150,000,000 (callback to the bounty he was introduced with) or 3,470,000,000 (meanining a 3,000,000,000 bump from his current bounty)

As for Law I'd say a round 3,000,000,000 or a bit more, like 3,200,000,000 (even here, a callback to his original 200,000,000)

I think whats more likely is that Luffy’s bounty is “Dead Only” or something along those lines but it is a bit ambiguous so who knows 🤷

emphasis on “thought” lol. Its always been a political title. Its the 4 pirates whose influence controls the grandline. Obviously in the pirate world usually strength is the foundation that gives the Yonko the legitimacy to their territories. But in the OP universe everybody considers Buggy to be on equal footing to the other yonko in terms of strength since he was “rivals” w Shanks and was a member of Roger’s crew. We know he’s weak but he conned his way to the top and its not like there are many people who will ever challenge that legitimacy. Its safe to assume that the Yonkos dont really do much fighting of their own and leave the enforcing to their commanders so as long as Buggy has recruited strong commanders and leaves the fighting to them he can coast on this fraud for a bit. Plus it fits perfectly with the theme of him failing upwards that was set in motion since Impel Down. Man I never read an anime forum today and it feels like people don’t realize Oda makes decisions on what would make a good and entertaining story and not what would send signals to the powerlevelers on forums that their favorite character really could beat so and so in a 1v1
