Idk man. Magellan’s poison is a guaranteed kill on presumably anyone (unless they have some really specific counter to poison). There are no other auto-kill fruits in this manga.

And Kuma’s fruit is just absurd. I’d pick Kuma’s fruit over Big Mom’s any day of the week.
