Weevil the man as strong as young wb is thr biggest reasons mostly why Buggy became Yonko

Weevil , Mihawk = Low top tiers near Fuji or not
Croco = high high tier
Daz = Vet
Mr 3 : Low vet

Of course Buggy ( top vet level) will be Yonko while commanding such guys
