When did they confirm BB's new bounty?

BB is not hunting Marines.
BB is just a famous pirate since 2 years.
Mihawk is a famous pirate since +12 years.

BB has an entire crew full of strongest ID prisoners, has two Devil Fruits and is actively going around to hunt more, went right into Marineford to create a ruckus, betrayed Marines firsthand. Has over a billion under Mihawk.

BM has an entire Empire under her, many countries enslaved, and all around possibly the strongest army in the world. Her strongest commander is 2 billion and half under Mihawk and all her commanders combined are significantly beneath.

Luffy has a huge Grand-fleet, is is the wielder of strongest and most dangerous power in the world, is part of the D clan and hugely prophesized to fulfill destiny of their biggest enemy in history. Half a billion under Mihawk

Meanwhile there's Mihawk who beats up on some marines, has a garbage-tier crew outside of Crocodile and no real empire.

Make more shit, irrelevant excuses.
