No it doesn't, koby isn't joyboy. Also I doubt chinjao knows anything at all about why Rayleigh chose to help train luffy. It's not like chinjao made it to laughtale or learned about joyboy and the lost history. So to put that much thought into what some random side character from 3 generations back has to say is idiotic. There are minor parallels between koby and luffy but that doesn't in anyway mean that kobe is someone who will ever even come close to luffy and there's no reason to call him garps chosen champion. He's as much a champion of the navy as helmepo you idiot

Frankly, there's no need for her to have a high bounty outside of strength and inflation. To be honest, I think most people we saw have bounties a little too high compared with pre-wano.

Yeah that's fair, and honestly bounties have been kind of fucked post-TS, especially around WCI and Wano, it's more of a hype tool for Oda than anything else now
