I don't see how anyone can defend Zoro's word (again shown as heartless bastard, as usual since post -TS really) by using the imbecilic things he said on Zou :
  1. Not pick a fight with Big Mom ? Already done at Fishman Island were she never said she was okay with the treasure, only that her wrath would be directed at the crew. There was no proof she wouldn't have made a beeline for them as soon as the wedding was over.
  2. They had all the tools for an infiltration : Pekoms, Robin (realistically she made a lot more sense going to WCI but had played her part in the second half of Dressrosa), the element of surprise and the knowledge that Sanji was pressured into this situation and thus would probably want to return to them.
  3. Kaido wasn't actively searching for them because they were still fucking small fries to him. He could have sent King or Queen and a part of his crew to hunt the strawhats. He didn't. He only got Jack retrieved in the sea and didn't even try to hunt down Zou again.
  4. Like it or not, Sanji is the third strongest member of the crew, and they needed him to deal with Kaido. Giving up on a powerful fighter only because some dude doesn't like said fighter is dumb as hell.
Furthermore, just like in Zou, whatever argument Zoro may have is totally muddled by either the way he convey it or the example he choose. Yes, he's a cold and harsh speaking man. It doesn't make him right.

He was wrong in Zou, he'll be wrong here, again.

Amazing chapter.
Imu is a spoiled brat lol.
Sabo being a logia means he is alive but i believe there will be casualties this time lol.
Who is thinking that the top gorosei are above admirals? Me lol....
The interactions between the strawhats are always gold and was really nice that we have that after so much time..
Bonney for nakama?
She could be, i mean she is chased by the WG, even akainu himself go to take her and she never stopped being in trouble it's time she was on panel lol.
Her powers are op and could have some amazing benefits for the crew.
Luffy saw her in that weather phenomenon and sanji "hear her" proving once again that he has a special CoO when women are involved and zoro actually cutting that thing and with precision not to hurt bonney was also very good.
The best part of the chapter imo was Zoro's speech and he was absolutely correct.
You can't just go against the WG without any trace about where Vivi is or even know if she's alive.
The example of Ace was on point.
Luffy himself was right about this back then as well.
Until ace was actually needed saving and Luffy KNEW what will happen to him and WHERE he could found him, luffy did what he did and zoro said the exact same thing.
I know there is not a VC in the strawhat crew but that moment was a VC moment.
10/10 chapter :luffydab:

Nothing like that. Luffy is dumbed down.

If his DF is the Dumu Dumu no Mi :suresure:

Luffy is a lot smarter when it comes to battling, but not as smart when it comes to other things.

Does he have his moments? Of course. Every protagonist does. But his inability to think of the best solutions to problems overshadows his intelligence most of the time.
I said and I quote Luffy is smarter than people give him credit for.
I never stated he is very smart.

His DF as a sun god brings joy and light where there is dark and somber.

He knows it's for the better to stay away from Papazuki, Papalino, Papassho and Papamaki :myman: @The White Crane
Of course he knew that.

Zoro would have one shotted Kaido had it not been for Linlin and plot armor, but even he knows that there is no single pirate crew that can take on the Marines. :myman:

Marines reign supreme. Simply built different. :steef:

Telling us you skipped Zou without telling us you skipped it.

So as Uranus was brought up (probably, still unconfirmed) and God Valley as many mentioned was wiped out - likely because of the same weapon Im used, this makes me believe that Garp knows about it and witnessed it firsthand and this is what made him hate Celeistal Dragons and decline being an admiral.

:ihaha::laughmoji: it clear your are reading two mid pieces

Bogard

You can't win
Imu wiping out Lulusia reminded me of what happened to the God Valley that was mentioned to have vanished without a trace

And we know that the purpose of the battle from the government side was to protect the Celestial Dragons

With Xebec having the ambition to become King of the World(Imu's current title), broke too many taboos that the government wanted to hide

So i wonder if one of those taboos was the fact that Xebec probably knew Imu's existence and wanted to overthrow him

And Imu seeing Xebec as a threat, with all the secrets he discovered decided to wipe out Xebec and god valley's entire existence

It also explains why Blackbeard(who is among Imu's targets) is seen as a threat by Imu

The Xebec plot suddenly got much more interesting after this chapter :shocking:
