Oda should have just let this happen long back at the start like with Ace/Sabo....it seems so stupid to mention it now for no reason. Pretty much saying its something he added recently(I mean not in wano, but not part of original idea).
Ace had the fruit + physical capabilities as noted by van augur while Enel had even better DF control and versatility imo but also Top Tier Observation Haki.
Yup, that's why I said he was an inferior fighter. Ace's physical abilities look even more impressive now that we know BB was a decent fighter even outside his DF. Enel has a superior fruit to Ace, and his mastery over his fruit is likely better than Ace's too.
