man skypea was exactly a small one piece story. in the final arc we gonna see three or four factions (BB pirates, SHs, Marines, Revolutionaries + others like Skypeans, Enel, shandians, SHs) fighting one against another, and Luffy’s final opponent uses lightnings that are naturally countered by Rubber. This also explains why the last island couldn’t be destroyed… it’s made of rubber
