yes I agree 50k can get a lot of nice cars but not a mercedez unless you want a base model mercedes just so you can have the mercedez badge to drive around.

Audi is generally cheaper, has a great reputation as an everyday car that'll last you years without causing issues. Sure, they won't attract as much attention as a Mercedes or the BMW M line but they're better value imo.
