I think it’s shown that atleast some of them care for eachother. Brulee and Katakuri’s interaction after Luffy beat him seemed real, so there’s no reason why it isn’t the same for others.

Big Mom is such a weird character. She really built an army with 85 of her children, who she doesn’t care about if they’re weird/“ugly” or not strong (Pudding and Chiffon/Lola). She’s the opposite of Whitebeard in every aspect.
