Ironically I've seen Shanks hilariously compared to him, especially due to the scar ofc but also Shanks getting slandered for his own inactivity/lack of feats and potential fraudness as they claim lol.
At least Oda is giving Shanks wank gradually, Dragon is such a fucking joke, that the joke is no longer a joke but a horse that has been beaten to a bloody pulp, resurrected, then beaten to death and thus a bloody pulp again.
Him wanting to declare war on the Celestials then sending Sabo and co on a suicide mission without going himself to their biggest enemies direct homeland/base and thus the ones who literally rule and thus control the entire world, pissed me off so much.

You never saw Sengoku out on the field when he was Fleet Admiral, did you? Do you see Akainu out on the field now that he's Fleet Admiral? No, because they have subordinates for that reason.
This is military, and political agenda. Don't expect the same kind of behavior as you would from the Pirate side of this story.

What diff do you have the fight going to.
He is portrayed as a emperor level character. That's why he has a 3.1B bounty. Portrayal is just how the world views you. That doesn't have to include every single person. The world views Buggy has someone with the power to control Mihawk and Crocodile.

He's at least stronger than Jinbei but yes lack of arguments made some special individuals lose their minds and start attacking and insulting anyone that points out that Shiryu is the n°2 aka the 2nd strongest while Aokiji is officially part of the crew.

Ulti from kaido crew since they are a pair and Nami and usopp didnt beat them fairly .
