So, shiryu or anyone, will be doing it cause the fight is taking too long and they doubt teach winning. That's not a good look for BB. He agreed to a 1v1. Just like against Ace. And he had the confidence and horor to tell his crew to stay out of the fight then.

So if they interfere, it's cause they thing BB might lose.

The fight doesn't have to be hard to backstab someone. You just need to be immoral enough to backstab people and BB pirates more than bad enough to practice such things. There is a fine line b/w blindsiding someone out of necessity or doing the same coz the option is available. Law is a decent fighter but he's no match for BB whether we like it or not. So if they're gonna blindside Law, it's not because BB needs outside help to win.

The most you can expect is, Law takes advantage of BB's carelessness and manages to outsmart BB—which is totally within the realm of possibilities—and Shiryu comes in and ends the fight before Law could land a biggie on BB. That's as far as Law can get against BB.

I don't think it's a good idea for an admiral to come here. Bb is busy with Law but let's not forget there is also another admiral there. Kuzan can stop even Akainu by himself (he lost only the 10th day) + Shiryu another top tier + the rest of the BBP.

An Admiral could be killed and get his DF stolen. Akainu is not dumb unless Kizaru comes and Kuzan does a 180° degree and both fight the BBP and give time for Law to escape.
