The Sanji part is not as bad as the Vergo part, i may
be wrong but as far as i know he just got his leg dislocated because of a normal kick, he goes overconfident to a Jinbe Child Seraphim and that's all.
But i can be wrong, take it as a grain of salt.
Then the three Vegas appear to solve the situation with "ease".

It's not the situation itself that is bad, but the fact that it's Sanji again that is being used as a hype tool for Seraphims. If other strowhats were also used in this manner one by one, then it would be completely normal. Everybody would get an L one by one when there's a need to hype a character. But in post-timskip it's only Sanji and only him. Oda has decided that Sanji has to be the collector of the biggest Ls for sake other characters to look good and shine. If this is not favoritism by Oda then I don't know what it is, he clearly views Sanji as less valuable then other crew members of equal status. He even goes as far as to 3exclude Sanji from every good moment Sanji can possibly get, like he deliberately trashes him for his own satisfaction.
