As far as we know it's not explicitly confirmed. But there are clues such as how it was a man with bandages on which implies someone who got injured on Ohara. The other clue is that this man lead a group of giants to transfer the books to Elbaf. Saul being a giant himself makes it more than likely that he's the one with the bandages.
