don't get it. What does when you were introduced have to do with EoS importance?
Oda favors his earlier introduced characters more. Pretty clear at this point.

The ones introduced after timeskip are already falling: Kaido, Big Mom and their crewmembers.
Yet the ones remaining are the ones already introduced since pre TS: Buggy, Mihawk, Blackbeard, Hancock etc etc.

You could say "but Kaido and BM aren't planned/included yet for the first planning of ending One Piece in 5 years. While the Shichibukais are already planned so they are more relevant until EoS".
Well, the same can be said to both Fujitora and Green bull. They, like Kaido and BM, weren't planned yet for the first draft of One Piece.

A new strong guy that has:

- Destroyed the "Three power balance" that One Piece world stood on for the past 2-3 decades.
- Is leaving Marine Vice-Admirals shook with his leadership. Having them shiver just from his words of defiance against the World Government.
- Has connections with Vegapunk and potentially Dragon as well.
- Is pushing for Marine independence than even the Fleet Admiral of the marines.
- Has corrected and verablly assaulted the present Fleet Admiral of the marines twice.

Idk bro Option C is the likely choice.

Even if Smoker does become FA, it won't be until he's nearing 50.
How long you've been part of the Navy shouldn't be what's important. It's what you've done to change the "bad" system since you've been a member. @Topi Jerami there's no Admiral or Navy member that has done as much as Fuji despite being an Admiral for less than 2 years. If he's not fit for the new FA position then nobody is.

And Law wasn't considered to be as big of a character as he is now. Oda changes things with the flow. Doesn't mean Fujitora can't be as relevant as earlier Marines when he's pretty much been the most relevant since his intro

Yea the connection with the GOVERNMENT is still possible, there's writing for that already laid down Oda can build upon. However, him being some Marine admiral (especially when he'd barely be 30 years old) doesn't make sense. I think either CP1-9 or CP0 would be the best fits. We already know he started his anti-WG shit by the time of Roger's excuetion (had already started wearing his green cowl). And then starting the army post-Ohara now.

What is your backstory regarding him, if we remove the WG connection?
The main points that cloud his characters in my view are:
1. Dragon having a major secret regarding his past.
2. Secrecy in general is not a trait you find in his family. To think that even his most trusted subordinates don't know which sea he hails from
3. "Dragon" has to be the most edgy name in the manga, I can't fathom Garp naming his son that name lol

Two possibilities regarding his origins, he's either not Garp's son to begin with but held his wife's name for secrecy purposes (very low chance) or his mother was a very special person, potentially an exiled celestial dragon? adds up well with Garp's detest towards them

As for what he was doing, it's hard to imagine him being a pirate "A pirate eh? Not a bad idea"
Affiliation with the WG is the most reasonable guess, especially since he knew Vegapunk.

Nah. Dragon should be up higher. He's not really only a leader of a military, he's fit for someone overseeing the new Government. After all there has to be a new Government. They're just changing out leaders.

Dragon is probably dying imo anyways with Sabo taking his place and all.
There very likely won’t be a new government. The empty throne will truly be empty and there wj be celestial dragons. The world government will be run by the leaders of the governments throughout the world. They don’t need anything more as seen from the reverie.

All they’d need is a military force which dragons army making up the new marines works best since they’ve been fighting for the people of the world for two decades.

He is the most relevant until now because after this he is gonna get killed 😭

Sabo: the WG is not our enemy, celestial dragons are:risitameh:

Akainu and Aokiji are the only ones with death flags.
I have a theory that Sabo will kill him ( though it's likely gonna be a high diff or extreme diff fight because Sabo stomping Akainu isn't too satisfying ) but assmiral fanboys hate it for some reason
fact is, Akainu really isn't a god tier anyway, and he never was, he almost got clapped by sickbeard in just three hits. so I dunno why some people think he's gonna need a god tier like Luffy to kill him.

I don't exactly agree with this. I believe Oda had certain characters that he's introducing now, already in mind back in the early stages of the manga. Characters who are playing a bigger role than the earlier characters.

There's absolutely no way that Oda did not have Fujitora in mind in regards to the story at early stages of the manga, when he's done more than the 3 early admirals combined have done, in terms of impact. And the sheer amount of writing and symbolism he's put into his character compared to the likes of Kuzan & Kizaru is insane. Like those two don't even have half of the writing of Fujitora.

Simply look at Ace vs Sabo. Ace was introduced first, sure. But Sabo is the actual guy who Oda was waiting to introduce to play as the big entity.

Like even Imu, he/she got introduced now, but I highly doubt they'll be a lesser antagonist than Smoker, even though Smoker has been an antagonist since chapter 100.
