I said it last chapter and this chapter proves me right. Vegapunk, Ceasar, Judge and Queen are all elite with VP probably possessing the highest potential.

I compared them to Formula One drivers. Vettel, Hamilton, Verstappen and Alonso are all elite and the vehicle (resources) make the difference.

If you put them all in the best car I'd say Vegapunk is the best. He has the highest potential.

Put them all in the worst car perhaps Judge is the best as he can do the most with the least amount of resources.

Yeah Vegapunk is considered the greatest genius, but the other 3 are still geniuses in their own way. In my opinion they are specialized in other fields, meanwhile VP knows a lot about everything. This does not undermine the intellect of Judge, Caesar and Queen. They still worked all togheter as a group so they are all geniuses.

What the DF allowed him is being 2000 (not IQ points, it's an example, an overall made up number to judge his "smartness") while Caesar, Judge, Queen, etc were 100.
Without the DF he was already 200, at least.

Research was concerned with lineage factor, Judge used that to copy and augment life.

Without memory there’s no intelligence period. Memory is what you use to enact your intelligence, and the more memory you have the more intelligent your decisions are considering these decisions are enacted from information and experiences stored in your memory.

Never claimed intelligence and memory aren't tied.
However you have plenty of people here who unironically thinks that intelligence is only the conservation of new information. And it isn't, you need to understand information to its core in order to retain it better.

Thinking and analytical ability have nothing to do with memory. Memory helps you recall things. You can store the 'knowledge' of English in your mind but can you write excellent literature or story based on your knowledge of English without creativity or proper applications?
