Lucci is definitely in the commander range tho that doesn't necessarily say much since how much that level ranges

Thing is characters like doflamingo, law, luffy, zoro, jinbe, and arguably sanji were also commander level characters

Imo people underestimate how strong the supernova, strawhats, and shichibukai were during the dressrosa era. Acting like they were fodder compared to official commanders and new characters

This comparison sounds super random but sure why not. And i disagree. Marco clashed with BM the same way Lucci clashed with Luffy. Only difference, Lucci had the strength to send Luffy flying also. The first "attack" BM landed rendered Marco immobile

The first attack Luffy landed made Lucci cough a lil blood but he came back immediately and is seemingly unharmed.

Luffy in his strongest form. BM wasn't and Marco was in his "Hybrid".

I think objectively Marco definitely didn't look superior.

To my recollection only prometheous had issues because of Macro's special properties and then Big Mom choked him out.

People still underestimate and overestimate what "commander level" is mainly because it isn't a thing
It being even more vauge and useless than using 1/2/3yc level

Even in individual crews it ranges from

1. Jack to king
2. Jinbe to zoro
3. Yasopp to Beckman
4. Etc.

Jinbe the same one from fmi is technically yonko commander level
Beckman is technically yonko commander level. Hell kuzan and mihawk are technically yonko commander level

Being yonko commander level has no actual definition

In fact FS was such non factor in that fight since Kaido had no problem beating up luffy no matter the gear he using or haki.
Really FS going to be good vs fodder and mostly useless other wise .
