Of course he is not stronger than Kaidou that freak and fearsome monster but he is one of the TOP 1 contenders in the world right now.

Admirals only have better fruits..

Aoikikis ices was breaken out of by doffys haki.

Marco and jimbe om several occasion held of akainu in marine Ford.

The same Marco held of kizaru easily but had a hard time against king since king counters him.

Admirals only have busted fruit abilities in their favor

Exactly , their fruits are overpowered. Oda confirmed it himself. Aokiji and akainu turned whole island upside down tell me what Kaido vs Luffy did ?

Also it requires a hell lot of mastery as well IG for tangible logia to be mastered.

And if Admirals end up with Adcoc. Easily yonkou tier.

If Admirals have advanced coc then yes they would be yonko tier. Won't deny that. However I am of the belief that they don't hence why they have more busted fruits

Only Sulong Inu and Neko are Jack tier. Top tier Scabbards like Denjiro and Ashura Douji are Jack tier at best. We saw this in Act 1

Base Inu and Neko could each fight Jack for an entire day by themselves repeatedly.

Jack having to fight Inu and Neko alternating for 5 days vs Aramaki fodderizing them should immediately tell you that there’s a massive fucking gap in power between commanders and admirals.
