Of course he is. At some point leveling up on fodders in his country would reward him.

If Kata was battling outside of Toto Land he would be a monster.

Dofla and Kata bring CoC and awakening down, they shouldn't have been conquerors and they made awakening irrelevant because fruits will be as strong as Oda wants them to be and even with awakening they're still irrelevant power wise.
Imagine if Smoker ends up stronger than them with no CoC, mid haki and a DF that is nothing special, basically current Crocodile.

I respect your opinion, but I think if Kuzan is an opponent, there's better candidates for people that could take him out. Issho comes to mind.

There could be some foundation for him being an ally against the Blackbeard Pirates.

Well,Greenbull is a logia.He might have a way to avoid getting hit and beat Luffy by outlasting Luffy.

Sure once we find out exactly what Gear 5’s limit is but that may be difficult considering the fact Luffy can literally jump roght back into the form for a long time as if he had infinite stamina

It can be avoided with Haki. GB infuses his branches with Haki.

That don't mean luffy can't turn them into rubber but then i guess that would come down to haki level lol.
Truth is Oda has luffy set up with enough things that can make fight easier for him vs GB with FS , ACoA , ACoC , G5 powers .
With the right set up i can see Fuji being a harder fight that GB but that is to much of a if debate lol .

Law fought Vergo (Doffy's RH. 2nd main villain of PH) & Doffy (main villain of DR)
Sabo fought Burgess (2nd strongest villain at DR after Doffy) & Fuji (strongest person at DR)
Kid & Law fought BM (2nd main villain of wano)
Kid & Law fighting Yonko..
Sabo fought admirals


Katakuri if ally, will fight Kuzan (who will be like BM of Beehive arc, too powerful to lose to Wings 1v1)

Funny thing is people claiming he's not special
Yet Oda gave him every special trait/ability that only a few can have : CoC, FS, awakening, even a special paramecia fruit
He even got born while standing

Katakuri is like Oden, they were meant to be special and wanked
That's why everyone wanks katakuri during WCI arc while everyone wanked Oden during wano arc

So far the only other YCs with CoC are Zoro & Ace
The only person to have awakening + adhaki + CoC beside Luffy is Katakuri !
One of the 4 to have CoC + awakening alongside Doffy, kid and Luffy!

Katakuri is literally one of the 3 major villains of Yonko Saga lol
In fact he's 2nd major fight after kaido for Luffy since BM wasn't Luffy's fight.

Tbf katakuri isn't as perfect as he seems and that's him so good

Katakuri tries to live up to the person everyone believes he is in order to protect his family. And overall he does a good job at it having people genuinely believe that he is that always perfect person 24/7

Hopefully after his fight with luffy he eventually learns to accept himself for who be really is aka someone with flaws and thar isn't always 100%
Once he does hed unironically get everything stronger than he was before

plus the episode prior they had the flashback of him pretending to be momo's dad
it was a solid set up.
