Luffys showing is much higher in respect. Because no matter your physical endurance capability you cannot bare poisons with sheer strength alone. Broken bones can be endured with physical strength but poisons cannot be endured. It needs pure will to survive.

And it has clearly been shown in Arlong park for the logical coherency, that when Zoro is brutally injured his power reduces.

The feat becomes more impressive as it was pulled while brutally injured, as it should be harder to pull off and fresh version of same character would do a lot better.

Where and in which shounen, has a character gotten the statement "I am shocked he can even move", pulled a full power feat?

When was Naruto moving with 30 broken bones? And also is Naruto a physical fighter? He has magical ten tails chakra, all of Zoro's attacks are result of his physicals

Literally happened with Zoro already. He was completely fucked up vs Mr 1 but le shonen trump card critical situation power boost kicked in and he cut him. Its really simple. If you believe oda is using powerscaling logic then that's your prerogative but I seriously don't think he's writing these scenes the way you think he is.

Poison tolerance of One Piece characters seem to be extraordinary.

Zoro was eating poisonous fish for days, one fish nearly killed Bepo.
I feel like Zoro would handle poison a lot better.

Luffy doesn't really compare to Zoro in pain tolerance and will power.
